All entries should reach the STR Meeting Organiser at least 5 days before the event. Entries by email are also acceptable.
If for any reason riders are unable to participate in the meeting please withdraw your entry at least 2 days before the event wherever possible.
All riders should arrive at the track early enough to be signed on and have their bike scrutineered 1 hour before the start time.
The riders briefing will take place 30 minutes before the start and engines can be warmed up once the briefing has finished.
Each rider will be entitled to a programme and any extras required will be available at a cost of £1.00 each.
The club will not be held responsible for the cancellation of a meeting through weather/track conditions.
The standard format is 5 rides for each participant subject to weather conditions and any major delays on the day.
Trophies are presented to 1st, 2nd & 3rd places in each class at normal meetings.
All riders are expected to cooperate fully with the STR officials. Abuse will not be tolerated.
A championship is held for all club members across all classes and is run over a number of rounds. The number of rounds will depend on the number of meetings held during the season.
A pairs championship is also run as a one-off meeting with riders partnering another rider from the same class.
A four team tournament meeting takes place towards the end of the season which comprises of 4 teams each having 5 riders plus a team manager. Medals are presented to the top 3 teams for this event.
Trophies for the championships are presented at the end of the season.
